To extend the life of the main filter system we add a pre filter
stage consisting of a sediment pre-filter and carbon filter to pre
condition the incoming house water. An optional Water Softener filter
is included for hard water areas. Both systems are mounted on easy to
install brackets. The pre filter has a ¾" NPT fitting to
connect to the house water supply. A drain must be located to provide
for wastewater disposal. The system price includes 1 set of filters
The System includes a booster pump to assure a constant pressure to
the RO filter system. The DI 160 Series come in one of 3 variations.

5 gallon storage container, This system has a Dual Chancel TDS meter
for checking water quality.

Our 17-18 Meg Ohm RO/DI Water purification systems remove over 98% of
sediment, colloidal silica, nitrates, phosphates chlorine,
pollutants, Bacteria and other contaminates to produce pure 18 Meg
Ohm DI water for Semiconductor, Medical, Optical or Industrial use.
The system incorporates a 0.5-micron sediment filter and a 0.5 carbon
block filter with a UV filter to prevent bacteria growth from
contaminating our 98% rejection membranes, which have the highest
rejection rate available. These membranes remove twice as much
silica, phosphates, and nitrates as 96% rejection rate membranes.
Used in combination with Silica Free and mixed bed de ionizing
cartridges, this system provides the ultimate removal of algae
promoting substances, including colloidal silica (99.95%). The final
stage consists of a semi-conductor grade mixed bed cartridge with

housings and a pressure gage provide visibility of the system

The product water is stored in a 5 gallon container with a faucet.
There is no recirculation in the 5 gallon container. To maintain the
quality of the water to 17- 18 Meg Ohms a recircualtion system
is required. an optional 25 gallon recirculation system is available
that consist of a digital resistivity meter, pump, UV filter
and 2 resin filters and a sediment filter connected in a loop. The 25
gallon tank has a pressure gauge, pump, UV Filter and loop pressure
