The tm associates HEPA filtered drying systems consists of a stainless steel electro polished tank with 5/8”coved corners, a sliding lid and a HEPA filtered 50 CFM blower and operates at a temperature of up to 250 degrees F. The dryer has a digital temperature controller with PID control of heat up time. 

Air is pre filtered and HEPA filtered. Our system is designed to pass air once over the parts before being exhausted. This results in quicker drying and cleaner parts as no moisture and particulate laden air is re-circulated though the system.

All panels are easily removable for access and removing 2 straps changes the filter. The dryer is configured as a full flow through system and removes all moisture-laden air from the tank. A digital timer controls cycle time with a pause button for interruption of cycle. Tank sizes are available to suit any workload size.
