The Series IC Ultrasonic Cleaning Consoles are constructed of 316-L stainless steel and are of double wall construction. Each system features “ 40 kHz Simultaneous Multi Frequency transducers and generators with adjustable sweep rate of 300 to 1000 Hz, FET circuitry, Power Intensity control and foil type silicon Heaters with adjustable thermostat and power on light.

A complete Line of custom work Fixtures and baskets are available, constructed of stainless steel and electro polished they can be designed to hold any part. The design of the work fixtures is an important part of any ultrasonic cleaning process. A correctly designed work fixture will improve cleaning. All work fixtures are available with Teflon or Nylobond coatings
