Our series UC-2001 consoles are made of Steel frame ½” PVC Sheet and tops are either stainless steel or PVC.  Access is though Smoked Polycarbonate sliding front panels. All panels are easily removable for instant access to the interior of the console. All controls are mounted on a rear sloping panel, and are low voltage operation for safety. Console electronics are easily accessible for maintenance. The console has a built-in containment deck to prevent spills. A sensor alerts to any leaks within the console.

The Consoles are available with a wide choice of ultrasonic tanks in 40 / 68 / 170 kHz frequenciesand a combination of 40/68/170 kHz  switch selectable. Ultrasonics are Vibrabar multi frequency with power intensity control and sweep frequency control. The Ultrasonics generators are solid state and self tuning to the work load. Modular construction allows easy replacement.

Tanks are 316 L stainless steel, coved and electro-polished. Each tank has an overflow, fill, and drain port as well as a thermocouple port for sensing actual tank solution temperature. A safety interlock prevents operation of the tank unless it is filled to the correct level. An outer shell protects each ultrasonic tank. The Ultrasonic Clean tank has a re-circulating filter system with flow control.

The spray rinse tank is constructed of polypropylene and has 2 spray bars. A digital timer controls the duration of the spray rinse. A manual needle valve controls the amount of rinse. Several types of rinse tanks are available including a PLC controlled dump Rinse. Point of use DI water heaters provide hot DI water for the filling operation and for spray rinsing HEPA filter hot air dry systems can be incorporated into a cleaning console. We will custom design the system to meet your specifications.

An automatic rinse sensor on the ultrasonic overflow rinse detects the cleanliness of the part and informs the operator of the end of cycle. The sensor can be set to a particular level of clean.

The UCS Series of Ultrasonic Consoles incorporate  ultrasonic cleaning, spray rinsing, ultrasonic overflow rinsing and dump rinsing in the same Ultrasonic Tank. The system is controlled by a programmable logic controller with a touch screen interface. The detergent solution is filtered each time it is pumped from the holding tank to the ultrasonic tank. Rinse water is heated to the correct temperature by the point of use DI water heater.  Working Chamber Area is 14"L x 14"W x 14"D.

The console is constructed with all of the electronics in the top electrical bay for easy access. The entire front of the bay flips down for easy access. All fill, drain and filtration functions are controlled by motorized valves for long life.

The PLC touch screen control system enables the operator to call a pre-programmed cleaning recipe and  initiate the program at the touch of a button. The system automatically steps though the program, and senses the cleanliness of the parts at the last ultrasonic rinse. All levels of access can be password  protected. Operations can be monitored from a remote location.

The PLC control system can save a read out of each process cycle to disk or print out a report for later  verification. A self-analysis program monitors all console functions and runs though a check out every time  the console is started.

The console can run either 40/ 68  or 170 kHz ultrasonics, either simultaneously or independently with each frequency having its own independent control of power Intensity and sweep frequency.

Our model L-2001 Probe system is built into the system so that ultrasonic performance can be continuously monitored.

Drying is accomplished in a separate console [ our HEPA drying Consoles.]

Custom Consoles
Specifically Designed for your application
Tubular Steel construction
Removable Panels
Multi station and Modular construction
Choice of frequencies and Multi- frequency tanks
Automatic fill , Drain and filter
Laminar Flow Hood
Manual Or Automated

Our custom consoles are built to your production specifications. Single or multi station systems are available The basic console includes a steel frame, epoxy coated with containment deck. The
process deck is stainless steel . Tanks are modular, and can easily be removed or re arranged as developing process parameters require. Controls can be located in the front or above the work area.

The systems can be built for solvent use with fire suppression and safety systems installed in all stainless steel fume hoods.

Custom systems are available with ultrasonic clean, spray rinse, ultrasonic overflow rinse, dry stations and automation to suit your needs. Our ultrasonics can operate with single or dual frequencies. Custom work fixtures are available for each part.

DI Water Heaters are specifically designed to provide instant Hot DI Water, Thus improving the rinse Process.

Automatic Dump Rinse Tanks Are Available for inclusion in Custom Consoles. In addition to dump rinsing, the system also spray and overflow rinses the product. The PLC control system allows repeat cycle spray rinsing and dump rinsing for up to 99 cycles.

Typical Hood with Fire Suppression System Installed.

We can also provide fire protection systems in consoles that require these systems. Any time a flammable solvent is used in an ultrasonic tank the cleaning system must be constructed of stainless steel in all areas where there is a danger of ignition.

Special care must be used in designing and installing both the ultrasonic tank and fire suppression system. Standard Ultrasonic tanks are not capable of using flammable solvents. We can design and build a  custom system for your requirements. Call us if you have custom cleaning requirements.

This multi-spectral electro-optical fire detector system senses all hydrocarbon and non-hydrocarbon fires, even through the gases and vapors found in chemical wet benches.

It uses multi-spectral Wide Band IR™ (1.2 - 3.5 micron bandwidth), Near Band IR™ (.7 to 1.1 micron bandwidth), and Visible Band (0.4 - 3.5 micron bandwidth) to see all fire types. The Wide Band IR allows the detector to see through acetone, smoke, chemical gasses and vapors.

Unique Two-Stage Fire Detection Response

The ALERT First Stage response initiates audible and visible signals, notifying the operator of an existing fire of 4kW or more. If the fire does not self-extinguish, the Second Stage ALARM activates and signals for immediate suppression release once the fire exceeds a threshold of 13 kW (the equivalent of an 8"-diameter polypropylene pool fire).

Note: Fire suppression equipment must be ordered separately. Call to discuss your application. See application illustration for suggested configuration.
