Our spray rinse tanks can be used as a stand-alone rinse tank or
mounted in a tabletop or console for use with other tanks. Each spray
rinse tank has dual spray bars that can be adjusted for complete
coverage and interchangeable nozzles that allow different spray patterns.
Each tank is constructed of Virgin Polypropylene and has an outer
shell of PVC in the stand-alone versions. The tanks have a built in
solenoid that is controlled by the timer for rinse cycle time. An
adjustable flow control valve allows the selection of the amount of spray.
An optional point of use ceramic DI water heater is available for hot
spray rinses. A hot DI spray is more effective than a cold rinse in
removing particulates.
Each spray rinse tank is designed to work with our Ultrasonic Tanks
and work fixtures.
